Daily Dynamo Selection – Hull City v Chelsea
Chelsea have appeared to be heading in the right direction in recent fixtures, and their title challenge continues here away to a Hull side who have caused a lot of the big boys problems on their home turf this season, as well as walloping Fulham by six goals to nil. Chelsea will thus be weary of the threat posed by the Tigers, as they look to keep up the pressure on league leaders Arsenal.
This is reflected in Hull's very creditable home record, with the newly promoted team having won five and lost two so far this season at the KC Stadium, and also coming very close to making in six wins by beating Manchester United. This will be a concern for Chelsea as they have at times struggled on their travels in this Premier League season, having lost three times already. They certainly impressed in their last Premier League away day, winning 3-0 at Southampton, but Hull might just fancy their chances here.
So I can see this being a very closely contested game, and one that Chelsea can certainly consider to be a banana skin. However, Chelsea have looked very strong in recent fixtures, and Jose Mourinho seems to be finding the right line-up and formation for the Blues, so my Daily Dynamo Selection is for a narrow Chelsea victory.
