Manchester City v Swansea City – Match Preview and Betting Tips
Introduction
Having crushed and rather embarrassed Tottenham Hotspur in their previous Premier League fixture, Manchester City now have another home fixture against a Swansea City team who will not exactly be relishing the prospect of a trip to Eastlands. The home side have, incredibly, scored more goals at home this season than any other team has managed in all of their fixtures; a harrowing prospect for any visit to the Etihad at present.
Winner
Having put seven past Norwich and then six past Tottenham, it hardly comes as a surprise that the incredibly powerful Manchester City squad are overwhelmingly odds on favourites to keep their home record up in this one. While Swansea are rarely intimidated by any team, and play excellent football whatever the venue, the forward power of City will surely be too much for them, and I’m afraid for Swans fans that I can’t look beyond the home side here.
My tip: Manchester City win

Correct Score
Surely City can’t run up another cricket score? Well, they are well capable of it, but the law of averages would surely suggest that it is unlikely. Nonetheless, with Aguero and Negredo in such irresistible form, and the team in general playing so well, I have to go for another comfortable City win in this one.
My tip: Manchester City 3 – 0 Swansea City

My tip: Manchester City to win by 3 goals

First Goalscorer
It seems rather obvious to go for one of the two in-form City forwards here. With Edin Dzeko not getting a look in due to the form of Aguero and Negrego, I’m going to opt for the Spaniard to open the scoring in this one.
My tip: Alavro Negredo
Best odds: 10/3 with BetVictor
